Italian Cream Puffs

As opening salvo for this new blog, I am sharing one of my more popular vlogs in which I learn how to bake Italian Cream Puffs.

I received some comments regarding the consistency of the pastry mixture. I guess it has something to do with your kitchen/locale’s humidity and temperature. There’s also a slight boo-boo though. Baking should be done at 350 degrees Fahrenheit, not Celcius. :)

The inspiration for this recipe came from one of my favorite cooking shows, Everyday Italian. My aunts digged up their puff pastry recipes and did their own version of the filling. Doing the chocolate frosting is also another thing they improvised with.

Hope your cream puffs turn out as nicely and delish as the ones we made. :)
