Chicken with Butter and Garlic

The first time I tasted this heavenly piece of chicken by Ranchero’s, I immediately fell in love with it. Chicken fried to a crisp in butter and garlic. What’s there not to love? Yummy… is an understatement.

So when I received a free dinner for two at Ranchero’s from Orman, I immediately wished that this is one of the dishes that will be served to me. I asked for this when I the Ranchero’s representative about my free dinner.

Tonight, I got my free dinner which I shared with Brendel. Brendel loves chicken as much as I do. And we both enjoyed this dish. The great thing about it was it was served with a dipping sauce made of ketchup and soy sauce, just the way I ate fried chicken as a kid.

SUPER YUMMY! Definitely two thumbs up for this delicious fried chicken!!!
