The pork belly is processed in a classical Ilocano bagnet making process ensuring tasty, juicy meat attached to crispy pork skin. It is then served with sauteed shrimp paste which has a salty flavor, with a bit of sourness from tomatoes.

It is a delicious combo of popular Filipino dishes that will definitely make you salivate and eat more than your share. One serving can feed two people, but based on experience, one hungry eater can gobble up a serving with about two cups of rice.
