Although the last time I ordered, it looked more like the Oyster risotto, which is more 'wet.' Perhaps they modified the recipe a bit, making it all the more delicious. It is, by far, the best risotto I have tasted in Davao. If Picobello is for pizza and La Toscana is for pasta, I'd go to Don Beppe for risotto. :) Don Beppe’s mushroom risotto is divine!
