It’s Day 1 of my Nestle Fitnesse 14 Day Program. For breakfast, I ate Nestle Fitnesse with Nestle Low Fat Milk at around 7 am. I felt a bit hungry after the cereal so I ate a cup of Dole Diced Peaches in Light Syrup.
By 11 am, I was already a bit hungry but held off until 11:45 am to order lunch at the cafe downstairs.
For lunch, I ordered an all day breakfast set meal from Fagioli. I had Italian Sausage, omelette, 3 slices of french bread toasted with some butter, and a cup of Cafe Americano. I drank my coffee black, without sugar or cream, as I usually do. Then, I ate a piece of Krispy Kreme Original Glazed Doughnut.
I had to eat dinner before my 7 pm appointment. At past 5 pm, I ate another bowl of Nestle Fitnesse with Nestle Low Fat Milk. To fill up my tummy, I ate a cup of Nestle Fruit Selection Yoghurt Berry Mix.
During my dinner meeting, I didn’t eat anything but wasn’t able to resist buying a Grande Blu Gre Iced White Chocolate Mocha. PFT! Fail!
For Day 1, I give myself a grade of 85%. Points for effort, ika nga.
I really think I can do this. I love the cereal and the fact that I am forced to drink milk twice a day. I hope I won’t get tired of the cereal and I don’t think I will.
One thing I learned today is that I have to know my schedule for the entire day so I can plan my meals more carefully. 🙂
